IMPORTANT NOTICE

• The quoted price includes the services listed above. It does not cover any unforeseen expenses or additional services that may arise before, during, or after the event. Any additional services or

  requirements not covered in this package will be charged separately. Client is responsible for any venue-related costs or permits required for photography. A detailed final invoice will be provided post-event, covering any additional services and expenses rendered.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES (NOT INCLUDED IN ORIGINAL QUOTE)

• Additional Editing Requests: Charged at $100.00 per hour. Includes any requests beyond the initial round of post-event editing.

• Additional On-Site Time: If more coverage is needed on the day of the event, charged at $250.00 per hour.

• Additional Transportation: If additional transportation costs occur related to event activities beyond the expected roundtrip to and from event venue.

• Additional Equipment or Photographer(s): If any additional equipment or photographers are required. Customer will be notified prior for consent.
