TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ORGANIZED TRIPS

By signing up for one of our organized trips you accept that it will be carried out under these terms and conditions.

POLICY

IMPORTANT NOTICE

  • The quoted price does not cover any unforeseen expenses or additional services that may arise before, during, or after the event. Any additional services or

    requirements not covered in this package will be charged separately. Client is responsible for any venue-related costs or permits required for photography. A detailed final invoice will be provided post-event, covering any additional services and expenses rendered.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES (NOT INCLUDED IN ORIGINAL QUOTE)

  • Additional Editing Requests: Charged at $150.00 per hour. Includes any requests beyond the initial round of post-event editing.

  • Additional On-Site Time: If more coverage is needed on the day of the event, charged at $300.00 per hour.

  • Additional Transportation: If additional transportation costs occur related to event activities beyond the expected roundtrip to and from event venue.

  • Additional Equipment or Photographer(s): If any additional equipment or photographers are required. Customer will be notified prior for consent.Payments and cancellations

Cancellation Policy:

To ensure fairness to all clients and manage scheduling efficiently, the following cancellation policy applies:

  • More than 14 days notice: Clients may cancel or reschedule a booking with more than 14 days notice prior to the event at no additional cost.

  • 7 to 14 days notice: For cancellations or rescheduling made 7 to 14 days before the event, a 50% cancellation fee of the total booking amount will be charged.

  • Less than 7 days notice: Cancellations or changes made with less than 7 days notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the total booking amount.

In the event of extenuating circumstances, such as severe weather or other unforeseeable events that could impact the scheduled service, the policy may be relaxed at the discretion of Yobelprize. Clients are encouraged to communicate any potential issues as early as possible to facilitate rescheduling or partial refunds where applicable.
