TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ORGANIZED TRIPS

By signing up for one of our organized trips you accept that it will be carried out under these terms and conditions.

Travel policy

ACCIDENTS

Although we will always be attentive to ensure your safety and ensure maximum comfort in the event of possible inconveniences, we do not assume responsibility for accidents suffered by participants on the trip, nor will medical expenses arising from them be covered. During the trip, each participant must be aware of their own safety and physical integrity.

Nor is responsibility assumed for the loss of photographic equipment or material. Each participant must be responsible for their own equipment.

Traveling with travel insurance is mandatory.

ADVERSE CLIMATE AND CONDITIONS

The itinerary and trip results are subject to change due to weather conditions or possible geographical or political accidents at the destination. We will always be attentive to the best conditions to optimize the route, but some of the points mentioned in the itinerary may be impossible due to conditions beyond our control, such as the weather.

WILDLIFE SIGHTINGS

There is no guarantee of wildlife sightings as all activities are at nature’s discretion. However, reasonable efforts have and will be taken to ensure opportune sightings throughout the trip.

PURCHASE OF FLIGHTS

Round trip flights are not included in the price of the trip.

Trips are confirmed based on a minimum number of participants, if enough places are not filled, the trip will not go ahead, so we will notify you through the private WhatsApp group where you enter once the registration has been paid when the trip will take place. It is 100% confirmed.

ACCOMMODATIONS

Accommodations may change subject to availability, with reasonable efforts taken to ensure similar accommodations as the ones advertised. Pricing is based off a two-person sharing basis. If you would like to request a single room, please notify tour organizer for adjust pricing based on availability.

ADMISSION RIGHTS

It has never happened to us, but we reserve the right of admission to travelers, and in the event that your behavior is incorrect and harms the rest of the travelers, we will invite you to leave the group.

Payments and cancellations

RESERVE YOUR PLACE

The deposit is necessary to secure your place on the trip. This deposit is not refundable or replaceable, as securing your spot requires payments such as hotel and activity reservations. We recommend making the deposit as soon as possible to secure your place.

FINAL PAYMENT

It can be done at the time of booking the trip, or at most up to one month before the start date of the trip.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If, once the entire trip has been paid, it is canceled more than 6 months in advance, the total amount paid will be refunded (not including the deposit), or the money can be saved to redeem for another trip.

Less than 3 months before the start of the trip, half of the amount paid will be refunded (not including the deposit), or the money can be saved to redeem for another trip.

With less than 1 month before the start of the trip, no refunds will be made but it can be exchanged for another trip (not counting the deposit and the resulting expenses).

POSSIBLE TRIP CANCELLATION

In the unusual event that problems arise that force us to cancel the trip, we will look for an alternative date or other solution. If we cannot match the new dates, we will negotiate directly with the participants for a refund or obtain a voucher to exchange at another travel destination.
